So I sold I radio that worked great, shipped it quick and packed it great. Dude say's " it wont eject my CD " I want a refund.

I get the radio back and find no CD in it, I ask how did you get it out ?

" Ohh I fished it out "

So right away I test the radio and I seriously inserted and ejected the CD 20 Times ( I counted :rolf ) And it works Perfect.

Now im sending him a totally different one.

I wish people would just be normal :rolf

Just my Friday Rant :durr

It's a Stock CD radio from a NEON.

I'll send him a differnt one because he said " I will talk to ebay or Paypal "

I dont need that drama on my Brain.

brad you suck at ebay. FIRST THING you write on an auction is THIS IS AN AS-IS item. you write "item worked fine last time i used it" or "it tested fine" however, it is an as-is item. protects you from idiots who lie, and or break items and want their money back when it was fine when you sent it

If you send the "broken" cd player back to this guy, would he notice?? Probably not.

I agree, I'd send him back the broken one and tell him it's a different one... See what he says... lol... Maybe the guy's a lil slow and don't know what the eject button looks like... lol

Selling is always hard on ebay seems you always get screwed over. he probably changed his mind after he won the item.

As it has been said before, I would send the same one back out to him. but definately wait until he leaves you feedback to give him a negative (that way he cant rate you negative)
