Anybody looking for a Monte

I know of a black 86 ls with t-tops for sale. It has new ball joints, and tie rod ends. 305 ci with only 58,000 miles, which the carfax seems to confirm. 99% rust free, one ding in the passanger door. It is on 20" rims now, for $3500, or he said that he would put it on the stock wheels for $2500.
Just a heads up, and I can get the guys number.

Sounds nice, if its really is 99% rust free that price is very nice without the bling-bling wheels ;). Its damn near impossible to find a clean LS in the midwest, most you see are rot-boxes. Any pics?

I might be able to get some, and it really is that clean. Just on 1" circle of rust on the rear quarter.

Hopefully someone saves it from the big wheel sydrome found on all too many g-bodies :(. Namely the 24" variety with the 4x4 look....seems any clean LS will get turned into that or a low-rider. Blah. 20" can be tasteful on a g-body, anything more= ick.

I agree, but it looks OK with the 20s. Hopefully I will have some pics this weekend.
