the rules changed regarding car donations at the 1st of 2005. it went from being a tax break on what the retail value of the car was, to it being a tax break on whatever they got on it when they took it to auction. so that's a HUGE difference in most cases.

now for the car, it's not a street car... it's a race car, proven by the quick release hub for the steering wheel :)
