well i dropped the GTP off to the new owner tonight. a guy from Iowa bought it, and is giving it to his daughter as a birthday present for her 16th, tommorow. i had it cleaned nice and everything today, it looked probably the best it ever has, watching it drive away was not fun, especially when he pegged it down the highway a bit. exhaust sounded so good, i'll miss it. this is the first car i've driven or owned consistantly that i truly loved, i'll definatly get another one along the road someplace

Yeah, I know how that goes... It's the reason I've never been able to bring myself to actually selling my Mustang... I know that as I watched it drive away I'd like break down in tears... Damn... Just to think I've had that car for 4 and a half years...

To make things worse she will probably end up totaling it. Think about it 16 year old driver and supercharged vehical bad combonation.

werd. the girl was 15, she'll prob be a heartbreaker in a few. as for plans, right now finish my blazer so as to have a proper DD and well running vehicle. after that, see how low my bridge loan gets from the leftover on the GTP (not much anyway) and take a bite outta my school loans. between insurance and my old car payment, i'm saving like 300 bucks a month now, but i'm also making less since switching jobs. in spring or summer, hopefully there will be another 3800 in my garage, with a hairdryer attached to it.

Damn, and I've had mine for almost 11 years... :thumbsup

It is already a fact, I could never get sell mine... :shades

But hey, when you own the car you *know* to be 'the one', as in the first true love of a car, you know you'll never be able to sell it, so you can just chalk up the one you let go as just pure lust...

It is always that way until you get something better... Since if it were true love, you would still have it and would still keep pouring more cash into it... :headbang

Agreed! But hey for me 4 years is alot... lol, seeing that the average time I own a car is about 6mo before I'm sick of it... lol :goof Car dealerships normally love me... that's why I work at one
