I don't have the guys card on me right now but I would highly recomend him. He does and extremily good job. I think he took about 4 hours to inspect our place and found things I never would have noticed. I will pm you his info on monday or something.

My guy was awesome. Found all kinds of stuff missed by the previous owners inspection from when they bought the house 3 years prior. I'll try to get the name from my wife.

She lost the card but his name is :

We had him do our house in 02 when we bought it. I'll use him again when we buy our next house.

Damm, sorry guys, I meant to post "Appraiser" not inspector. I had that done initially and they missed a ton of stuff that we are trying to get fixed now.

I need to get my house appraised is what I meant to type. Thanks for the posts so far thought, I am writing down those numbers for when we need them next time.

what is the reason for the appraisal? May change who you can use.

I sold that Tom and his Wife a TV during my month stay at Colder's. They seemed like very good people.

John Geiger HomeEx Inspections 414-226-1696 Cost was $400-$500 but well worth it.

Thats a quote from a buddy of mine, smart and anal guy who would
not suggest him unless he was VERY happy. Remember him telling
me all the stuff inspector found he did not (master tech and years
of home/comercial repairs).

Forget last post, had not read thread since asking the "inspectors"
name...nevermind.
