With out a better picture I would lean towards it's a Schrader.

It is a quick connect for a flexible hose line. You screw the threaded end into your main line and then you can take multiple size hoses and slide them on the other end.

Thanks alot guys!! That's the style we use over here in korea, I didn't know if it was some odd thing or not. I've decided to get my own air rachet since they're sob's and wont get me one. But I couldnt find the style connect.
