Need some very mild body work. Where to go?

All I need is my front bumper reattached more securely. No paint, no bondo, just need to have it attached tighter. I busted off a latch when removing it earlier this month to put some Hella Supertone horns on. It has been loss for sometime, due to the FMIC on the car, but now I have like a 1/2 inch gap on the passenger side. It would not be hard to rig something up myself, but I just do not have the time.

SO, where would be a reasonable and good place to go? Maybe someone on this board does this stuff on the side?
