Same here. I may not vocalize it enough but I support the Packers good or bad. Always will. And with the north division the season is never over!

The last 3 or 4 years should prove that one :) :thumbsup

Hell...I was down there for the game. Made a drunken post about it saying pretty much the same thing...with probably alot of mispelling and little sense otherwise. Must have forgotten to hit the "submit" button. Damn I was drunk too...

...and those atlanta cheerleaders are AWESOME.

Its called bandwagoners............ I will ***** about the pack's play, but am still a fan through and through. its like when they sucked in the early 90s, everyone called Wolf a dumass "whos this dumb kid from mississippi you wasted a draft pick on" they were callin for his head. then they win a supe bowl, EVERYONE loves them again. pissin me off, Bob and Brian talk about it every morning, and i do believe its Bob that wants them to concede for Reggie Bush.

The only comment I made was about Favre and the number of interceptions he throws (currently most in the NFL by the way)... even with the injuries the Packers have been in most of their games but it sucks when Favre gets a drive going only to throw an INT and end the game.

Here is what I've been saying all along:
http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/showthread.php?p=100167#post100167

So if you want to label me as someone who jumps on and off the bandwagon and it makes you feel better about yourself, go for it

People are entitled to their opinions and if they say "Favre sucks" it is usually after he throws one too many interceptions, so at the time I can't blame them for feeling that way... but if you say he sucked in his career as a QB THEN you should say "ummm, you're retarded, shutup the f*ck up because he belongs in the top 5 QBs of all time"

Heh, now all the down-talkers from weeks past are gonna come on... ready to defend themselves by saying they weren't really ripping on the pack...

Are ya feeling guilty now or what? :confused

Hey retard, look at the date of my post on the link: two weeks ago. So that means that "now" I'm defending what I said? I defended myself the same time I said it.

Eh, sometimes it's at me, more often than not it's at other people, and don't have to filter it out then either.

It all evens out  ;)

Honestly, I wish it wouldn't even tell me someone posted... now that annoys me :goof :shades Can we get like a "completely ignore" list as well?

I wore my #25 jersey for the last four games. After Sundays game I heard the Pack is taking a look at him again. Whoa. I guess I'll just leave that Freeman jersey in the closet.

I was surprised that they didn't "call him up" yet. At our current rate, we'll need to call in a few more people too.

Come to think of it... why don't we place a call to rison while we're at it :goof

Side note: I'd order an owens jersey the day he signs :)

I think Favre is one of the few people in the NFL he respects. Give him an incentive-laiden contract with tons of outs and give it a shot.

Well I'm not so confident it would happen so much as I wish it would. I think the only chance is if he gets released during the season. I don't see us being able to offer him enough if it's in the off season.

I also think philly is using a scare tactic on him claiming he's sitting for the rest of the season. Give them 4 more losses and see what they say then. They'll be in the same boat as the vikings with culpepper minus moss.

NO, too many young guys, he is hell on a lockerroom, bottom line. we've got good enough recievers as long as Javon is healthy, they'll re-sign him to a contract

Honestly, I say they could fly him in on sundays if it means he'll catch TD's and we'll win games. I'm not a coach either, but the guy is the most talented receiver in the game right now... to not go for him if you have the chance is a mistake, epspecially with a guy like favre to throw to him.

And how does a team POSSIBLY cover T.o., walker, and driver and not be completely open to the run? It'd be damn near the passing/receiving dream team.

But I'm the same crazy bastard that says favre should be considered for the MVP if we make the playoffs this year.

philly WON'T bring owens back...it's like keyshawn johnson. There is only so much crap one team will put up with.

As far as owens coming here, that would be great. The guy is an Ass, for sure...but here is my thinking. As with any new job or relationship/etc....there is always a "honeymoon" period where things are great, everything is fun, there are no annoyances. For Owens, this period is about 8-16 games....okay, let's bring owens in, enjoy the honeymoon period and give favre a real target to hit and maybe win a few more games. Once owens starts to sour (as he ALWAYS will), get rid of him. Use him and lose him, I say.

Never have I uttered the words superbowl and the packers in the same sentence since '98.

But I think it's very realistic to think we could make the playoffs if we can kill the few critical mistakes we make each game.
